RGMG is hiring one Creative Associate and two Marketing Associates for the 2020-2021 academic year. Description for both jobs are below.
Creative Associate
The Creative Associate will work directly under the Vice President of Creative to manage the branding and public image of the RGMG.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create and develop posters for marketing and promotional use for events.
- Spearhead the creation and maintenance of the RGMG website.
- Edit and create various RGMG materials such as business cards, templates, and corporate sponsorship packages.
Other Duties:
- Attend and participate in all RGMG meetings and events.
- Pitch the group’s initiatives to students, faculty, professionals, etc. in classrooms and at promotional events.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Clear academic standing
- Interest in global management and/or majoring in Global Management Studies is an asset
- Previous student group experience is an asset
- Technical skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom), Google Docs
- Time Commitment: 4-6 hrs per week
MARKETING ASsociate
Marketing Associates will work directly under the Vice President of Marketing to promote the activities, events and initiatives of RGMG through the use of various social media platforms, boothing (kiosk), class talks, etc.

- Assist with the development of themes and communications for respective events and initiatives
- Represent the RGMG across all social media platforms, including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Give class talks in the weeks prior to events
- Participate in boothing (kiosk) activities
- Encourage engagement of student body through digital dialogue and discussion
- Coordinate and collaborate with other members to increase the group’s reach throughout the community
- Support the Vice President of Marketing in any other assigned tasks

Skills and Qualifications:

- Public speaking skills are an asset
- Time Commitment: Approximately 5 hours per week
